Remote work in today’s world is truly wonderful. Team collaboration is strong, and everyone is kind and open with one another. Working for a company that delivers a quality service also makes day-to-day tasks more manageable.
Work-life balance is very good. Sometimes the company grows in fast spurts and can get busy, but usually they will rebalance workloads and adjust accordingly.
As a start-up, adaptability is key you need to be comfortable with change. However, most changes are positive and driven by the customer experience, so it feels like you’re genuinely moving the needle in the right direction.

Job Growth: For someone in my position (CSM), there isn’t much room for growth or advancement at the moment within the company. However, if you’re an accountant, there are plenty of opportunities to move up.
Time Zone: We support clients across all U.S. time zones. I’m based in EST, but some of my clients are on the West Coast, and a few are in Hawaii. Occasionally, when those clients request afternoon meetings in their time zone, it ends up being after hours for me. That said, I don’t really consider it a con—it’s just part of the nature of working with a national client base and does not happen that frequently.
I wish I could give the company 4.5 stars because the only real con right now is limited growth within the company. However, at the time of this review I am very happy in my role and as the company continues to grow I am sure there will be more roles added.
