They are just body shoppers. Hire and fire policy. They hire only for clients and relies on the interviews taken by clients. They do not have interviewing expertise of their own. Once the client end the contracts they just fire employees. They would not inform about the contract closure in advance but one day (esp Friday evening) ask to give them a call. Once you call they will inform about the sudden contract closure. They would not give any severance or notice to hunt for the next job. It is like a hell working in Prospance and the career gets spoilt with this kind of hire and fire policy. It is better to remain unemployed and try for better companies than to join Prospance.
