If your not a fan of being super micromanaged this place isn't for you. Sam (owner) truly has no idea how to run his own business, Mike is the real brains behind the operations of this place. The feel can be extremely uneasy at times, and they cut you down instead of motivate you at all turns. Sometimes it even feels like your under the microscope ever second of the day. I for one have not had a job that I disliked and felt unwanted at. EXTREMELY high turnover rate! Beware!
