Joined in Prwatech Bangalore location to learn Hadoop and find my comments in below 1. Introduction to Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS) -Went well and got some idea. 2. Understanding Pseudo Cluster Environment -Went well and got some idea 3. Understanding Mapreduce Basics and Mapreduce Types and Format -Very poor demo and just reading the slides and wrote singe program and execute by trainer 4.Pig -Very poor demo and just reading the slides and wrote singe program and execute by trainer 5. Hive -Very poor demo and just reading the slides and wrote singe program and execute by trainer 6. HBase -Very poor demo and just reading the slides and wrote singe program and execute by trainer 7. Zookeeper -Trainer not discussed much. 8. Sqoop -Trainer not discussed much and just reading the slides no much explanation. 9.YARN -Trainer not discussed much and just reading the slides no much explanation. 10.Oozie -not much explanation just basic. 11.Impala -Trainer not talk about this but they have as a course module 12.Flume -Trainer not talk about this but they have as a course module Backup and recovery -Trainer not touched this part and finally said course completed.
