Your comments on running our organization lean are noted, and we are currently in the midst of a major recruiting effort geared towards attracting engineering talent to our facilities worldwide, including in the U.S. We feel this influx of talent, specifically with regards to Project Engineers, Safety Engineers, and Industrial Engineers, will alleviate many of the issues you have brought up.
