No bench policy: Once your project ends, there’s no internal support — you’re simply let go. Toxic work culture: No empathy or human touch in management decisions. Work from home is a nightmare: Constant micromanagement, unrealistic expectations, and zero boundaries between work and personal life. Mental health impact: The constant pressure, lack of communication, and instability create severe stress and emotional exhaustion. HR and leadership issues: Poor communication, no transparency, and no support when you need it the most. Disposable treatment: Employees are treated like numbers, not people.
