Remote, flexible work hours, good co-workers.

Below average compensation, poor leadership, lack of direction, a few toxic individuals.

Have thought long and hard, unfortunately I can't think of anything positive.

The VP of sales only hires his close friends, family, and past colleagues. Then moving past that when it's time for promotions, his friends and family are up first. It's comical how this isn't more obvious to everyone in the company. The founders never stop talking about how great the culture is, but almost every employee is miserable, underpaid, and talks about leaving. Somehow to them that is "Great Culture"
