Good money. Minimal, but reasonable bureaucracy. A lot of space for initiatives and taking responsibility. Reasonable management and open-minded internal team

Svantaggi

Outsource company. Vast majority of details depends on customer. In "common things" like trainings, conferences, other perks the company tries to be err.. "cost-effective"

Interesting project if you were lucky with a customer, good money, no bureaucracy.

Svantaggi

No team spirit, free for all. Onsite trip only for old-timer, no ramp-up program for a newcomer. Company does not advocate its employees. Out-staffing philosophy.
