The sales marked is adjusting after covid - harder to get inventory and most vehicles brough in or brand new will be sold at higher prices that what people are used to, but same issue is happening at other dealerships 100% Commission based. no sales = no pay the schedule will require for you to work every Saturday unless approved by your manager for special occasions, but Saturday is usually when you have a higher chance of selling
