      Great staff to work with. The London building in particular was in a great location and had good office facilities. Manchester is also very good. Some other offices require updating, especially for the heating controls.

      Internal communication between senior management needs some review. Changes made at exec level left those lower down the hierarchy with lots of questions and difficult conversations internally and externally.

      Hi there, thanks so much for your feedback. We are always looking at ways to improve how we communicate better since bringing three businesses into once earlier this year. Recently we have launched a Manager training programme for all managers to help support this role within the group and connect the business better.       The skills platform developed by the former Cloud Academy team was innovative and well-received by customers.

      Since my voluntary departure, the company has proven to be unreliable and somewhat cagey. Under the terms of their articles of association and ISD, they had 12 months to repurchase my preferred shares. Nearly 18 months have passed, and they refuse to repurchase my shares or communicate any reasons for the delay. One might conclude that they are dealing with financial difficulties.
