Great colleagues! Some managers are understanding and supportive (not many of such managers there though)

Pay package not competitive at all. Many structural changes and the vice president is getting rid of the managers he doesnt like one after another. Its subtle but very obvious to everyone. He rule by fear but yet no proper strategy or guidance to save the dying business. No more motivation among staffs. Everybody is just waiting for opportunity to leave. Very high turnover rate in all department ( at least 1 resignation every month!) HR sucks big time. Unprofessional and pay always not on time which frustrates the employees.
