Don't Do it! - Recensione dipendente - Sales Coordinator presso Quality Building Services

I worked here for a little less than a year, and to speak frankly this was the worst job experience I have ever encountered. Not only is the owner wacked, the company is designed around the mentality of pointing fingers at other employees instead of offering help or being a team player. The turn over rate alone is through the roof, you will be told it is not usually like this which is a huge lie. I had to train and watch 6 people get fired for little to no cause. Also, within my contract it is clearly stated we get yearly bonus's but come the holiday season the layoffs go through the roof even more so while stating there will be no bonus's not to mention there is no holiday party. They attract you with a higher than normal salary for a said position (take into account there is no Dental, no vision, no 401k, no retirement, no profit sharing, and the health plan is the worst on the market) and then pile on everyone else's job in your lap. Don't forget the daily threat of losing your job if said tasks are not completed by the days end. Which I mean the tasks are highly unreasonable. One minute you are the star employee where you are being praised the next week your fired for following the ever changing policies in regards to paperwork, contracts, customer invoices etc. The mood swing episodes that the CEO has is like a movie. She signs and approves all procedures (because the company is micro managed), the next day she is screaming for who approved this they are getting fired right now. Firing people and belittling them in front of the entire office staff is a sport to her, one she enjoys very much and laughs about. The turn over rate is too high for this company to run functionally, you have someone in a position for a year (if that) someone else gets hired they train that person, next they get fired so they hire another new person that the new employee has to train the new new employee. The hire ups are not encouraging either, I was once so over worked covering for 2 coworkers who were out and I kept asking for help the response? "Work harder, come in earlier, stay later" (I was already working 11 hr days) I could go on and give example after example, but do yourself a favor work somewhere else. It is just not worth it. Apply some where else, interview some where else, trust me I am your saving grace by reading this. Good luck in your job search
