Low pay and bad management - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Quantum ePay

From the start they promise a lot but when you get to it you don't make much money. Below average for sure. Other coworkers there are nice but it's a job you don't really care about. When I was there they tried to do culture but at the end of the day its just a lot of drinking on certain Fridays and barbecues. The upper management has way too many meetings and at the end of the day, they just push the work on to everyone else. They change their minds all the time so no consistency. You don't see any raises or promotions even if you are doing a good job. In particular, the sales manager was really rude. I can tell she doesnt care alot about the work because she just made her point and walked around chatting and not really doing her job. When I worked there many people were either fired or quit because they were not happy. No motivation because even if you get somehow paid more money, people do not get along in that type of environment where we just made to do things no questions asked and no opportunities to grow. Management gets paid too much and does too little. Like I said people there were friendly enough. But there is not a long term future here with how they keep gossiping around and firing people. Only people who stay there long are people who are with the company for a long time already. It's a job where you come in and leave. Not rewarding.
