      If you are good at your sales job and don't let the CONSTANT micro-managing distract you, you can make a decent amount of money.

      Sales department culture was toxic. Some managers were yellers and verbally abusive who likes to publicly humiliate people in front of a crowd. We are expected to work through our lunch period. They promote legal predatory lending. HR department employees seem unqualified for the job and are never in the office also filing any type of grievance was at your own risk!
