We regret to hear you did not enjoy your time at QuickBridge. We take employee feedback and performance very seriously. We allow for open communication on a daily basis about performance and formally every quarter, and then again annually. These individual coaching sessions are set to discuss performance and expectations to ensure all employees are aware of their current performance and potential within the company. We do not have a set promotion date for any employee. Promotions are based on individual performance, not time in service. Regarding employee appreciation and company culture, we have received only positive feedback on our Free Food Friday program as well as the individual department and company events. Many of these employee appreciation events were developed as a result of direct employee feedback. We are always looking to improve, so we appreciate your feedback.
