You could tell many times by middle of month there would be no extra cash so hard to stay motivated when it was suppose to be salary plus Comish which turned out to be just salary. I have worked on commish for decades at various places and the structure here is one of the worse that I have ever been a part of mostly because they kept moving the finish line.
