RAID is a great place to start your career, the company has been around for a long time and members of the team and senior management are experienced in the industry making it a great to learn the market and expand your horizons. Co-workers make it a great place and I have the pleasure of working with some of the most brilliant minds in our space. Work is flexible, especially in times when we need it most, management cares and truly puts family first. Lunch is often brought in by the company and most members of the sales and engineering force have company smartphones. Extended vacation time during 4th of July and Holidays in December.

I'd like to be more scheduled communication with the technical and sales teams, Technical engineers have a different view and opinion to help lead to more success but otherwise a great to place to work, especially in sales if you want to be successful
