If you have no job experience or are willing to go through grunt work for 6-12 months then this is a great opportunity. Promotion is based on meeting criteria and work ethic. Every morning there are team meetings to fire people up and some “knowledge” is passed around. These will range from legitimately useful recommendations to redundant common sense.

If you are someone experienced or want to advance your career in a specific marketing field this job is nothing but a legal pyramid scheme (what a Multi-Media Marketing stands for). Direct Marketing is a false cover-up for basic sales. Most of the valuable work arises at the higher levels who get paid based on who is below them/working with them. If you are applying for an internship, look elsewhere. Even if you are promoted to manager, you must start over after you go back to school. Base pay is not a thing after 1 month, so you end up working 8-10 hours a day on pure commission (which may be preferential for some people).
