      RDA is a great fit for individuals who value the flexibility of remote work and the rare benefit of paid overtime for salaried client-facing employees. We often hear positive client and employee feedback about our PMs’ technical expertise and project success, though we understand experiences vary.       -Longevity and stability (36 year old company) -The people that work here are approachable, smart and great at what they do -Executive management has an open door policy and does a good job with communication -My manager trusts me to do my job autonomously -Management is open to listening to ideas and suggestions and incorporating them when possible -Flexibility with daily working hours -Management makes good business decisions and has implemented changes that are good for the company -They attempt to bring a remote workforce with varied interests together in fun ways with virtual gatherings. -Having an in person Company party to bring everyone together in person in April

      -Not a diverse management team -36 years in business means change doesn't happen very quickly but it does happen and is happening
