Opportunities to take on additional responsibility exist if you want to do that, even for things you create on your own if they serve the company's goals. Benefits are better than some places, not as good as at others. There is a profit-sharing scheme with potential extra if the business does well. Breakfast on Mondays is a nice start to the week, and the lunchroom is well-stocked for other days.

No 401(k) match. Insurance plan has had rising co-pays for several years. Rates seem to always go up as the company bounces between small- and medium-size risk pools. Being a fairly small company, upward mobility is somewhat limited just because there's nowhere to go.
