Bonus structure has become non existent for labor personnel, combining shop with warehouse(creating a us vs them environment) meanwhile Sales and Supervisors make over $4k/yr in bonuses Nepotism is abundant Management has little to no communication and will intentionally mislead Absolute safety hazards everywhere, especially fire hazard and warehouse hazards Place is a pigsty
