I remain continuously impressed by how RF-SMART continues to maintain a strong element of fairness in its dealings with employees and customers: much of this lies with the ethos of the family who have grown the business from scratch and who continue to move the company onwards and upwards. As a US-based software company, the element of continued growth is pervasive, but not at a human cost, as the company consistently evaluates the needs and requirements for its employees - one of the key tenets being to create the best environment for me (us) to perform my (our) job to the best of my (our) ability. Grit, determination and perseverance are highly appreciated! I am still impressed by (i) how long many of the team have stayed with RF-SMART, (ii) how the CEO and Directors will all respond to me quickly if I call or mail.

No major cons. Possibly the only issue is growing strain as we become more international. The pleasing thing is that this is being quickly addressed and a plan to be more local is already in place.
