Lots unfortunately!! * Staff not appreciated by senior management * Unhealthy and toxic work environment * Employees often called out and reprimanded by senior management in front of other staff members and external clients * A lot of micro management which lead to uncomfortable work environment for MANY employees * High pressure and high stress work environment all year round * Zero work/life balance * Senior management can be incredibly unprofessional and often spoke openly in the office about people’s appearance/background/beliefs and HR issues * Favouritism is blatantly obvious - some people can do no wrong while others can never do anything right * Huge amount of pressure put on the junior employees, individual often singled out for errors and the managers responsibility ignored * Managers often take credit for junior staffs work * Poor communication between departments in head office also between head office, pop up shop and warehouse made it difficult to do your job properly and often resulted in staff calling each other out * Below industry standard pay with no clear path to pay rises * No bonus * No clear path to progression nor any expression of interest in employee progression from management * Enormous pay gap between employees * Interns unpaid and expected to work long hours * All employees expected to work longer hours than contracted for with zero gratitude * Contacted by senior management outside of working hours and expected to be available at all times * Absolutely no consideration for employee well being particularly when it comes to mental health * Safety of employees put at risk on numerous occasions * Poor health & safety measures in place both in head office, warehouse and pop up shops. No health & safety training given to staff. * A serious lack of diversity & inclusion on all levels of the business and few plans/incentives in place to improve this
