Without a doubt the most toxic environment I've ever worked in. Staff are treated as minions, overworked and underpaid with no respect for their own time and no boundaries. Interns are lured into work under the pretence that they'll learn from a fast growing business. This couldn't be further from the truth. Interns are used as nothing more than free manual labour. Management are known on more than one occasion to use abusive comment about people's size and racist language. RIXO's owners are fully aware of this, they just turn a blind eye because they have no regard for staff welfare at all. RIXO are so aware of the toxic environment that an email was circulated to all staff demanding that each staff member leave a positive GD review, otherwise their job would be in jeopardy. There are so many amazing, interesting and brilliant womenswear brands to work for-this is not one of them.
