Best company to work for!

No cons at all. All positives

they pay for your license and give pretty decent training on selling, management is nice

They do not provide base pay, they claim they do but if you have a bad month your base salary decreases and you don't get transfers. you don't get paid overtime, so they give you major holidays off then extend working hours. end up working 42hrs a week for 8 bucks an hour then they take away "core Hours" for the day they gave you off for the holiday, so you don't get overtime. essentially you work on a draw, wether they want to admit it or not you are pretty much straight commission. they don't even have a full benefits packet. if it sounds to good to be true, then it is, HOWEVER, there are agents there making 2-3k a month, which isn't a bad gig.
