The job is easy, they offer many different shift like 4 tens or 5 eights. The teams you work with are nice, and you can work from home.

There's no "add to call back list" so if you're working with a customer and they don't have time to work the situation with you, there's no option to help further, you're just done with the call. More training is offered with no raise. Supervisors have so much in their plate, that when you reach out for help or a customer wants a supervisor ASAP, there's absolutely no way to get the help you need fast enough to keep the member calm. Then they start to attack you personally even when you're doing all you can.
