Account managers illegally tell agents not to discuss pay, they ask you to lie on reports sent to client daily if the numbers don’t seem good enough, they don’t pay anyone well and they go out of their way to avoid giving raises. Nothing is ever resolved and middle management is forced to run the campaign (or at least they were on Marc Fisher). Upper management literally never responds. Agents would reach out to me after weeks or months of not receiving responses from upper management. Honestly, would rather be set on fire than ever work for this company again. They are unethical and it’s highly common for agents to report being paid incorrectly.
