We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience so far, as this is not the standard, we aim to provide for any of our team members. Your comments about limited training, lack of support, and unclear expectations are concerning, and we take them seriously.
We want every colleague to feel equipped and supported in their role. We’re reviewing our onboarding and training processes to ensure they provide the right guidance and resources from day one. Additionally, we’re reinforcing the importance of regular one-to-one meetings and clear communication of objectives with managers.
