We believe we have a strong work culture at Col-Met that incorporates great team members striving to meet our customer’s commitments on a daily basis. We do take pride in our strategy of hiring new engineering graduates and offer them training and development to start their careers. However, since this is the first work assignment for many hires, we sometimes experience expectations that are counter to our culture.
