8yIt is difficult to read a review like this - from someone who I see has been with Rulesware for over 5 years. In the last 5 years the El Salvador office where you work has grown from 35 people to 120. We've continuously seen double digit revenue growth, and are on track to see the same again in 2018. Rulesware is not a perfect organization. We are always learning. This kind of rapid, year-to-year growth has led to plenty of growing pains, and there are always things we can do to improve.
You mention waiting for projects. Rulesware maintains a strong deck so that employees can receive training in-between projects, and so that we can rotate our teams and reduce wait times for our clients. As we heard on Friday's company-wide Town Hall meeting, many employees see their time on deck as a great opportunity to receive training, develop their careers and be part of internal initiatives.
As a current employee I'm particularly sorry that you don't feel able to share your feedback with us directly. If you would like to reach out to me directly, I'd be happy to carve out some 1-on-1 time when I'm in the El Salvador office next week.
