None of the great people working there are in high level roles. A toxic culture is rampant throughout the company and starts from the top. Most executives (especially the president of the company) look down on employees and treat their staff as truly beneath them. It’s a culture of performance based upon fear of retaliation from upper management. Constant yelling and high tensions with management. It’s a declining company constantly losing clients, but seemingly have no serious plan to address it. Constant turnover is a major issue plaguing the company, and is an issue that will continue to prevail until major changes are made.
