Working as a part-time backup teacher at Radiance Learning was a truly rewarding experience. The job was well-structured, with grading and reviewing tasks, and help was always available when needed. The friendly environment, cooperative families, and positive feedback made it even more fulfilling. With the experience I gained, I transitioned into a local school district role after my son graduated. Radiance Learning is an excellent place for anyone passionate about teaching and eager to grow.
