the partners are available and down to earth. they listen to all ideas from all employees and really cater to your desire to learn. the company environment is one that is very relaxed and open. everyone has a voice and is heard.

I've worked with the people at Ragnar for almost eight years now, the management is super down to earth and honest group of people. They'll push you to do good work, but they'll do it in a friendly way that helps you get better without dwelling on mistakes. Expect to be treated with respect, these are good people.

If you can't handle a company where precision and quality matters then it's probably best not to work here. They're nice people but they still expect quality work.
