Resources are limited so we all wear multiple hats. I personally like this, but if you tend to prefer a big-company structured culture, then this is not for you.
Due to the small nature of our team, it is sometimes difficult to push projects through which can be frustrating.
Limited budget forces you to really think about how you are spending your resources and tackle your work goals in a phased approach over time, being very mindful of dollars spent (but those who are familiar with small businesses will understand this).
Cramped office environment. But management is looking to move or expand buildings so this problem will go away soon.
