Where do I begin? First, the culture is top-notch. They actually CARE. Second, the tech WORKS. There is a reason so many people attend Rasa events and put stickers on their laptops. People want to know what Rasa is up to and where the tech is going. The job is great and the work extremely interesting.

I truly cannot think of any.

I have never worked for a better company, and I’ve been at a few other tech startups. Fantastic group of people who all enjoy their work. Very transparent company that doesn’t overextend themselves (working hard not to have a repeat of the rift 2 years ago - been there, done that, won’t be back). Very collaborative environment and you’re actively encouraged to take risks and own your work (and you’re given the information and tools you need to comfortably do so). Overall, fantastic company to work for with great pay and benefits.

You’re expected to perform well and show results. Not a bad thing, really, just something to know up front. The company is flexible but expects a lot.
