I love working for this company. I appreciate that regardless of any criticism the entire company continues to strive to be the best. Always giving every effort to making sure the customer has a great experience . Great family atmosphere. Open door policy. The owners are present and available.

High stress at times. Break down of communication at times.

Quickbooks and real estate experience

There is no chance of upward mobility, the only people who seem to have or get higher positions are family members. Management doesn't communicate well with each other or any of their employees. Almost all of the employees are very negative and hateful toward each other, always talking bad about everyone else behind their backs. Very unprofessional environment overall; I knew more about these employees' sex lives in 7 days than I ever learned about my previous coworkers in 7 years. The new location is across the street from a probation office, and doesn't have enough parking in the parking lot, so...on-street parking across from the probation office.
