Vantaggi

- Nice and competent colleagues - Good pension, private health care, and parental leave benefits - Really nice office with a great location

Svantaggi

- Top management not interested in HR / company culture which is clear as people are leaving the company at a high pace. - If you're not from the same specific Swedish telco as the management team your influence in the company will be low. You will be given tasks to bring to life the “great ideas” born in the management team without them listening much to your input. - People are being fired on the day and just never shows up again without any communication of the reasons behind. - Said to be a diverse company, but when the management consists of Swedish males from one Swedish telco the perspectives and understanding of the target group and customer is truly weak - 10 hours a day of work in the office is expected but does not give you anything extra in return. They will clock when you step through the door in the morning, the CEO often sit by the front door to check who comes in at what time. Flexible work hours and working from home is not an option. - Narcissistic view from management. What they do is always great, their ideas are the best while the employees are expendable resources that just shall do whatever they say. - During company presentations and when we have reached a new all-time high the phrasing is around “it is not good enough, we need to work harder”. Mgmt acting in this way has effectively drained the employees of their energy. - Company strategy has changed so many times and we are doing so many different things at the same time that we have no direction anymore.

Thank you so much for your review. We are glad you enjoy our office, perks, and incredible staff members! It is if course unfortunate though that your experience has not been all-good - and I would like to address a few of your comments. We are extremely proud of our diversity here at Rebtel. An 80-person company with more than 35 nationalities is something very unique. But as you point out, there is always more we can do. In the past six months we have diversified the management team both in terms of gender and nationality, and we're certainly not done. We are also working actively towards our target of a 60-40 gender split, company-wide but also in each individual team. Rebtel is an ambitious workplace and we seek employees who are as passionate and driven as we are. It's not about hours but commitment. The one may reflect the other, but it is not a direct correlation (and employees are certainly not clocked). We recognize, though, this culture is not the right fit for everyone. I would love to address the rest of your concerns as well - please come to me any time so we can discuss just between you and me. Warm regards, Sofia

Vantaggi

A scale-up with big ambitions and the best people from across the world. I love the way everyone welcomes you and helps out. A great inclusive culture and good benefits. Exciting plans for the future and a chance to really make a difference.

Svantaggi

Everyone is not aligned on company culture where there seem to be an "old" version of the company and a "new" one, where old seems to represent people who are not longer here. Also a bit old-fashioned on flexibility and independence.

Vantaggi

The only real highlight of working here is the people. I had the privilege of working with genuinely kind, talented, and supportive colleagues. Team members try their best to collaborate and make things work despite the environment.

Svantaggi

This is, unfortunately, one of the most poorly managed companies I’ve experienced. There is no clear mission, no clear goals, and no consistent direction. If leadership has a strategy, it is not communicated effectively, leaving teams confused and constantly reacting instead of executing. Management lacks competence and accountability. Many managers seem unqualified for their roles, and decisions are often driven by favoritism rather than merit. Career progression and even job security depend heavily on being in the “right circle,” not on performance. The culture is toxic and unstable. There is low trust in leadership, poor communication, and a general sense that employees are not valued. People get let go frequently, which creates ongoing anxiety and uncertainty across teams. One of the biggest issues is the constant overtime driven by unrealistic deadlines. Timelines are often set without proper planning or understanding of the workload, forcing employees to work extra hours regularly just to keep up. This leads to a high-stress environment with very little meaningful outcome, making the pressure feel pointless and draining. Compensation is not competitive, and expectations are disproportionately high. Promises around bonuses or growth often feel disconnected from reality.
