The problems started with leadership and spread through almost every part of the job. The hours got insane, deadlines kept piling up, and there was never a clear point where enough was actually enough. Small tasks turned into full reviews, simple decisions needed approval, and the amount of control over basic work was just CRAZY. Some managers had this freak need to be involved in everything, which made it hard to trust your own judgment or work independently.
