What has happened to RB Food in the USA? In the last year we have have fallen off a cliff. How can a healthy business turn into a disaster zone? Why is everyone leaving? So many people including our current & future stars have left. The morale, values, poor leadership, decision making, promoting people who clearly are not ready and constant change in direction coming from the top has caused this. I speak for a lot of the people who have resigned and it is sad to see a successful business destroyed in one year. It is time for a change in leadership!
