- Self paid healthcare (100%) - Salary is not competitive, nor appropriate for the amount of work that is being done. - 4 rounds of layoffs in 2023 alone, 3 of which were because of poor projections, poor strategy, poor leadership... which all led to the company not being able to 'meet the numbers'. (~60 people laid off / fired in said layoffs) - Chose to hire for high salaried Exec level positions instead of providing support for the teams that actually needed it. - Several All-hands meetings throughout the year with clouded communication culminating in the final round of lay offs (~20 people) the week before Thanksgiving with no notice and refusing to pay out PTO where not required. Even crappy companies will pay out on PTO when laying people off, regardless of whether they were required to by state law or not.
