Despite the rocky history, since hiring a new CEO, CTO, and other new employees, RL is on the up and up. It's down-sized into an agile, lean start-up-esque environment (with much better pay). Ideas are heard, your work is noticed, and you work on some really important, interesting projects. Won an award for Red Herring this year, patents have been approved, deep sales pipeline, funding coming in... if you want a crash course in building a company, this is the place to be. The new CEO has deep business experience building companies to ready for an IPO or to be bought out. Sales and Marketing are driving efforts in the coming year, as software is ready for market. Able to work remotely with no questions asked. Not micromanaged; can be tough if you're not a self-starter. Looking forward to helping the company grow!

Currently have a very small team, so workload is intense (though the anticipation for it paying off is worth it!)
