As long as you follow brand standards and meet goals, you are open to run the business and make the daily decisions to drive your property to success. The company encourages you to be a part of your community and work with locals to drive business.

Its a hotel. Long hours on holidays, staffing can be a challenge while maintaining payroll, the guests can range from amazing to terrible so you must have an even manner and the ability to not let that ruin your day. The business is 24/7 so you must have your phone right next to you at all times.
