Stay away Nope Nope Nope Selfish company

Employed at reditech for a month, company trained me , hired a new professional which then led to the loss of two account managers without notice. When questioned about my termination of unemployment , was given little to no explanation other than “the company was going in a different direction.” I am forever greatful I only wasted a month of my life at a company like this. I am also forever grateful I can make what they paid me every 2 weeks within 6 hours on my side business. I don’t know why I was even approached on LinkedIn to apply, went through onboardings and more just to lose my job. However this is not a loss. A month way too long, thank you reditech for absolutely nothing. I ran my mouth on what an amazing company they were who “genuinely cared about their employees” all they care about are the top 5 , then they underpay the rest.

There is nothing good other than the coworkers within my department, and we all want to leave.

They are liars, bullies, and elitist wannabes. They look down on those who aren’t a part of their inner circle and do not value the hard work and loyalty of their employees. They don’t provide professional IT services. The pay and benefits are terrible.
