Do not take up a job here - Recensione dipendente - Management Trainee presso Redwood Algorithms

I will share my entire experience I was supposed to join the company on 3rd Feb 2022. On 2nd Feb 2022 I received a meet link from an unknown number. It was a daily catchup call meeting. I did not even know who it was. Later I was asked to work full day because one of the employees was leaving and I was supposed to fill her position - I was not informed about this at all. There was no induction process. I was asked to see bunch of random self-recorded videos and meeting recordings to get an understanding of the company. Throughout the whole day the HR did not even have to courtesy to call me and ask me how my day was going. I almost received a 100 files on my mail atleast. It was so overwhelming that I quit the same day.
