I don't have anything bad to say about REELZ. It's been a great experience working for REELZ. Everyone ROCKS!

There are a lot of young people working at this place. So, if you are young you will feel like you fit in and make a lot of friends. The older people I have spoken to sometimes don't fit in.

People are fired all the time. A lot of them for no reason at all Benefits suck. There is no room for advancement and it is like pulling teeth to get your annual review at this place. ReelzChannel doesn't like to hire from within. Management likes to hire their staff from CA because they think they have what it takes to be in Hollywood. However, they don't! A lot of people in this company get ahead by being suckups to management. If you work here, learn how to do this well! If you don't, you won't get anywhere. Management doesn't know how to manage. Managers don't give positive feedback, but sure know how to give negative feedback. There is a lot of gossip and backstabbing.
