This company's sales and marketing team is one of the worst departments they just focus on how much Revenue was generated by the sales person ,If you are short of sales target your job is gone.Never opt for this company if you are an experienced person.Work culture is the worst in industry very poor travel and daily allowance.Check with some previous employees before joining this company about their own experience before making a decision.80 %of the people in this company has never worked with a medical device company earlier,Very poor management we have to struggle to get our incentives and fight with manager to get our travel claims also.
