Leadership consistently says one thing and does another. The company brought leasing and realtor functions in-house and shifted to self-tours—despite recently acknowledging serious issues with that model, including lack of oversight and risk exposure. Within weeks, they eliminated property management roles needed to support these changes, creating an obvious operational gap.
