Pathetic management to start with. Anybody is the boss. Earlier they fired people with no notice but when people raised their voice on Twitter n fb so they have come up with a new policy now & that's " mental harassment ". Especially female employees are mistreated. Few have already left the company because of this. They torture you by giving you unrealistic deadlines. They sideline you from the team. They threaten you and find new ways of insulting you in front of colleagues. No point of complaining to the management coz they are the one's doing this. Not recommended at all. Save yourself.. Save your career
