The team is technically strong and code reviews are taken seriously, which pushes you to write better code every day. There is real ownership here, you are not just picking up tickets, you actually have a say in how things are built and why. The product itself is exciting to work on and you can see the direct impact of your contributions. Flexibility is great and the team communicates well across time zones.

As the product grows there are parts of the codebase that need refactoring, which is expected at this stage of the company. Sometimes context switching between frontend and backend can be demanding but that comes with the territory of full stack work.

The pace can be intense at times and you need to be comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once. As the company grows some internal processes are still being defined but the team is always open to improving things.
