      Engineers are great to work with on an individual basis. Opportunities to deep dive on Kubernetes are abundant.

      Senior management won't hire a support team. Engineering is responsible for 100% of support which means 1/3+ of the time you will have to be tier 1 support for customers. The company has doubled in staff in the last 6 months except the number of engineers in organization has shrunk 30%.

      - to really love working here, you need to be quick on your feet and flexible, but at the same time patient. Lots of big changes to the product are under way. - feels like an early stage startup, even though the company has been around for a while. - flexible hours, fully remote team. - leadership that really cares about the product and their teams. - if you have an idea, you'll probably be allowed to run with it. - product is niche, but solves a really important and difficult problem. - surrounded by very smart and very kind people.
